Why is the ad budget not included in your packages?

Other agencies may charge you for ad budget and include it in the package but mark up as much as 15%. Some agencies don't tell you how much of your money is actually going into the ad budget. This could mean a significant dip in ad performance.

And if you need to increase or decrease your budget, prepaying for it makes it more difficult for you.

We want you to keep more of your money, so we allow traffic sources such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Bing to directly bill you.

This ensures that we are transparent and protect you.

Why are suggested ad budgets different for each package?

Advertising platforms work like an auction house. The person with the highest bid wins. Having a minimum $50 budget ensures that your ads get traction.

As you increase the level of service, spending more money will help you reach a larger audience.

With re-marketing, you will also be reaching those that didn't convert the first time around. A nominal increase in budget enables this.

Suggested daily budget is averaged out over 30 days.

What is the difference between your ad formats?

People see your ads differently depending on which device, application, or website they see your ad on. The simplest format to create is a square, slideshow-style ad. 

The more complex ads are vertical in shape. They also take more time to create. Our vertical ads are animated - they're more than just slide shows.

This takes up more screen space, which means your prospects spend more of their time and screen real estate focusing on just your ad. In return, this means a higher potential for conversion.

But not all ads support square or vertical. Some ads are longer videos, some are shorter ones. Some are static images. Our job is to make sure that your ads get the most amount of engagement depending on where your prospects see the ad.

What is a mobile-responsive, lightning fast lander?

Many landing pages for pre-construction projects don't look good on a cellphone. Add to that, long wait times for landing pages to load. This causes frustration for your prospects and the chances of them clicking on any of your ads in the future also falls.

Our job is to ensure that prospect's experience is pleasant and quick from the time they click the ad to the time they fill out their information.

What are Partner Networks?

Partner Networks are a large list of publishers where we are able to show your ads. These are websites your prospects visit daily. Showing them your ads everywhere they go means they remember you. This means a greater conversion rate.

Why do I need re-marketing?

Re-marketing is a great way to convert those that engaged with your ads but didn't sign up to receive more information about the pre-construction project. Maybe the project isn't for them. But often times, the time isn't right. Maybe they're driving, or they're getting into the elevator where signals cut off.

Re-marketing allows us to re-engage your potential prospects which may lead to higher conversions.

Do I really need reminder emails?

These reminder emails are for your prospect. If they get busy, or don't open your package, they get reminder emails. This way, more of your prospects open their investor kit emails on average. In turn, the likelihood of converting them becomes higher.

What is "Push lead to your CRM?"

Some of our clients use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software where all their leads are stored. Your employees may follow up with these leads instead of you.

We can send all incoming leads to your CRM (if compatible) so that your employees can continue to follow up using their best practices.

This means less wasted time and more productive conversations.

What is an investor package assembly? Do I need it?

On average, the more work you give your prospects to do, the less likely they are to do them.

Our investor package assembly combines your brochure, fact sheet, floor plans, incentive sheets, and price into one file. This means, instead of clicking different links, your prospect only needs to click one.

We also put your branding on this package, which makes you look more official and authentic.
